The Expat Coaching Group
A SPACE TO BELONG
A new country, a new job, a new language — navigating professional and private life in a foreign country adds extra layers of challenges to your career development. This often comes without the network you once had, and includes unwritten rules of a new culture that aren't easy to read.
In a small group of 4–5 like-minded female international professionals, we work on your individual challenges with the strength of the group as a container. This group offers a recurring space where you're seen, held accountable, and connected to others on a similar path. From this shared process, a field of resonance emerges, one that mirrors you back to yourself. Because sustainable development only ever happens through your own inner process.
THIS GROUP WILL SUPPORT YOU IN:
-
Realizing you're not alone in the challenges of building a career abroad
- Finding clarity on your professional identity in a new context
-
Creating a felt sense of belonging in a community of international professionals
-
Growing a leadership/career mindset that feels authentic to who you are
-
Embedding new insights through continuous dialogue and peer exchange
HOW DOES IT WORK?
In every session two individual cases will be brought to the group to work on together. Over six sessions, the individuals will develop their own goals through the group as a container. The group work is supported by gentle reflection tools as meditation or intuitive writing, that help you reconnect with yourself, strengthen your intuition, and integrate what arises into your personal and professional life.

About me
My professional background is in cultural management and the media industry – areas in which I have worked for over ten years in various institutions and companies. From agency work to state-run cultural institutions to public-sector structures, I have become familiar with a range of working environments throughout my career. With a leadership experience in digital communications, PR, marketing & sales, and event management, my career has taken me into the field of classical music, specifically the opera and concert industry. I know for myself what it means to navigate complex structures and assume leadership responsibility. During my work as a cultural manager, I have also increasingly engaged with holistic concepts of personal development in recent years. In the context of yoga approaches, working with beliefs, and the subconscious, I have been able to acquire valuable skills and abilities. I incorporate this knowledge, which contributes significantly to the connection between body, mind, and soul, into my consulting. It contributes to a sustainable success mindset and mental health, providing the tools needed to become a successful leader. Specifically, I help my clients, upon request, overcome mental blocks with the help of various tools so they can fully realize their potential. Because with inner strength, professional challenges can be tackled effectively and, above all, healthily. I live with my partner and son in Hamburg and Amsterdam. I offer coaching and supervision in person and online.
